Report an Issue

We do our best to make sure every round meets our standard. If we have not, we want to make it right. It starts with your lot.

Before you submit, please check two things:
1. The firearm was clean and in good working order. Most reported malfunctions clear up with a cleaning and a little oil, or trace to a worn spring or firing pin.
2. If possible, the firearm functions with another brand of ammo. That helps us rule the firearm in or out.

We will usually need photos to begin a claim, and depending on the issue we may ask that the rounds be returned for inspection.

Step 1: Your lot number

The lot number is the first set of digits (1 to 4 numbers) on your box. If the code has more printed with it, you can paste the whole thing.
